Doormats

I often wonder when it's appropriate to speak up. I certainly have no interest in being a doormat (but often am). I strive to own up to my faults without giving the devil a foothold (rarely successful). But when are our 'needs' really 'wants'? Didn't I hand over comforts and freedoms at the Cross?
